Let me introduce ourselves, I am Larry Meadlin and my partner is Glenn Rathke.  As a team we have many years developing robust applications and custom reporting systems for large and small companies.

Larry:

An innovative business analyst and report developer. I have dramatically improved the visibility of, access to, and value of key information for companies in diverse industries including numerous Fortune 100 corporations. These include industries in the aviation, healthcare, financial, and retail realms. While rapidly learning the intricacies of new requirements, technologies, and business lines, I am an expert at developing intuitive real-time reports, accurate forecasts, state-of-the-art dashboards, and databases which minimize the time and effort involved in evaluating key metrics and information. By designing unique new processes, systems, and technological resources that simplify complex procedures while maximizing flexibility and scalability for future modifications, I continually provide solutions which both achieve and surpass expectations.

Glenn:

I have taken my experience writing business software, specifically in the area of subrogation software used by law firms, insurance companies such as Blue Cross/BlueShield, United Health Care, covered entities such as City of Chicago, Inland Steel and nudged it slightly to the IRO sector. At the same time I taught Rapid Application Development and Best Practices at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Besides writing software for companies, we use our own software in our day to day business operations. I've also been blessed to be part of a team of 5 people that started a software company and expanded it to over 200 employees. 

This IRO software is not only a product of our own experiences, but we teamed up with several leading IROs in the Dallas, TX area to develop what is presented in this website, a world class, easy to use application for gathering IRO and Peer Review data and topped it off with a reporting system that is second to none. The goal of the system was to implement a simple way to collect data and report on it without having to think who or where the reports should be delivered to.  We let the application manage all the mundane details.
